Large, beautiful chalet "Arvine", 3 storeys. In the resort, 300 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: small garden (not fenced). Barbecue. In the house: storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Very steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, bif. Le Déserteur" 400 m, railway station "Sion" 16.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, gondola lift 400 m, ski bus stop 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 400 m. Hiking paths: Bisse vieux 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Chalet Arvine", 5-room chalet 200 m2 on 3 levels. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. Large living/dining room 80 m2 with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Sep. WC. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 large room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and double hand-basin. 1 large room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 covered parking space in the garage télénendaz available during the winter.
