“Check-in was 3;00, but we arrived two hours early. Our room was ready, but we were charged $20 if we wanted it right then. We took it because there isn't anything else to do in Berlin. We checked out two hours early the next day and received nothing. The fellow was not knowledgeable about Berlin at all. Rooms are small and stuffy. Because the window was warped, we couldn't open it. Bathroom amenities were 3/4 of an ounce each of shampoo and conditioner, a bar of soap, and a roll of toilet paper……
