"We had a fantastic week long stay. It was a quiet community of condos and any neighbors we saw were very friendly. As mentioned, the beach sand does have a lot of sea glass, which is in no fault of any owners...it is coming in from the ocean as far as we could tell. Most glass pieces had been worn down smooth, but there were newer sharp pieces as well, which is unfortunate. Keep that in mind if you have children coming on vacation with you. I actually loved walking the beach and sand areas...

"This villa is the perfect home base for exploring St Martin - very clean, modern, and well-equipped. It's even better than the pictures! The view is unbelievably beautiful, with huge sliding screen doors that open directly onto the beach. We spent every night out on the terrace enjoying the warm air and peaceful privacy. Nettle Bay isn't the best for swimming but we enjoyed walking on the shore, plus the beachfront pool and the dozens of other beaches on the island. Marie gave us a warm welcome...

"The property was fantastic. Super close to Marigot and really convenient to the airport. Fantastic deck, great kitchen for preparing meals, terrific shower and nice parking. We loved the fact that that we could get anywhere with ease even with property being on the extreme west side. It was sad to see for the residents the residual damage of Irma, specifically on the beach but in no way did that hamper our trip. When we go back to SXM we would definitely like to stay here.
