Well let’s start with loud fan tunnel that hurts your ears called check in. But no told you have to drive and park in parking garage.. level 3 is the skyway to casino. We had to park on level 9. Request smoking or non smoking room at reservation. Check your hotel toiletries. Kleenex box was soaked with water and toilet paper roll was broken. Front desk did not answer phone. The one door to the pool that was accessible for disabled and access to restrooms was locked . Called front desk, housekeepings 3 times to let them know - never unlocked the door. We had to go to the other side of the hotel toiletries get into the pool. 3 days there and gambling did receive even &1.00 in comps . Dark and dingy . I wouldn’t stay there again even if the comped a room free. Very expensive for what you got. Roadway inn would have been cheaper and nicer.

Super friendly people work here. Older place but in great shape, very comfortable rooms.

We had a great stay, highlt recommended.
