Want a quiet, peaceful, and tropical beach getaway ? Well, look no further than LaLa`s Beach house! This beach house is perfectly nestled in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Walk across the street to the beautiful white sand beach, enjoy some of the best surfing Florida has to offer, or relax and get a tan. Getting hungry? Walk down the road to the famous Flagler Avenue, where you can enjoy shopping and mouth watering restaurants.

This beach house is fully equipped to accommodate you and your family’s vacation! Bring the pup too because we’re pet friendly! Enjoy a spacious suite with a king size bed. The second room is equipped with a queen size bed. A kitchenette is available with coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator and dishes. A oversized bathroom with a bathtub and full size walk in shower complete the space. The house also includes fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. Opening the sliding glass doors you’ll be greeted with your private balcony with ocean views. Going outside you will enjoy a beautiful backyard with a BBQ Grill, chairs and a hammock to kickback and relax. This unit is located on the third floor!

Loved it!

This was the perfect place for the two of us. The ease of the elevator, the washer and dryer. The view from the patio; we loved it all. Will definitely be back! Jake and Dawn were great to work with!

Our stay here was the cherry on top of a perfect vacation. Wonderful accomodations, and walking distance from everything. Already planning on staying here again for next time

Great Stay

Loved the loft like spot. Walked across the street to the beach, 5 blocks to dinner, and the same for shopping. Excellent location and thoroughly enjoyed the weekend with our teens.

Great Place to Stay

I would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and a fantastic location. The property manager was responsive to our questions. The floor plan is a little different but it works! I highly recommend the place.

Perfect Location

My husband and I stayed here while in town for a wedding. This location was perfect! We were very close to the beach and also easy walking distance to Flagler Ave where all the shops & restaurants were (but far enough away to avoid noise and traffic). The space had everything we needed, including a small outdoor patio, and the property manager was very responsive. Although listed as a 2 bedroom, it was more of a very large (and nice) studio with a separate small room that had a bed (which you walk through to get to the studio). But it worked just fine for us and we would totally stay there again.

Great Location

Excellent property and facilities in a gorgeous house a minute from the beach. So much room and everything you could possibly need. Private elevator was an added bonus, never had that before. Absolutely loved it.

Perfect location!

A last minute trip to visit family in the area. The property was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been any better! Proximity to local shops, restaurants and the beach made it a smooth and enjoyable couple of days! Host, Jake, was on top of communication! He was prompt with sending us everything with needed to know! Would stay again!

Jake was great to deal with. Place was amazing. Best location and price we could have hoped for. Walking distance to everything on Flagler Avenue. Easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable king size bed. Private patio. Huge bathroom. We loved it.

NSB vacation

A little deceiving of which floor we were on from original post. Very clean and very spacious. Short walk to the beach. Not on the beach and can't see much of it. 10 minute walk to Flagler Ave.

Comfortable and Cozy!!

The house was perfect for our needs, small but perfectly comfortable and cozy for the 3 of us!! It was very nicely decorated and the bathroom was amazing! My grandson just had to take a bath in the beautiful clawfoot tub! The balcony/deck was perfect for early mornings with coffee and a book, and I spent many hours out there! Being a block from the beach, and close to town was also really nice! All the little extra touches like a snack basket, laundry soap, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas, were unexpected but very much appreciated!!! It was a wonderful time!!! Thank you for sharing your home and hospitality with us!!

Great place to stay!

My girlfriend and I very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean, the bathroom/kitchenette areas were very well equipped, and the location is great for the price. 10-minute walk to Flagler and plenty of parking space. The elevator to get up to the suite is a great amenity. My only quibbles are that we had to remove all of the CO/smoke detectors upon arrival since they were chirping, the TV remote batteries were dead with no extras on property, saying there are "beach views" is very much a stretch, and we were completely unaware that we'd be sharing the rest property with other guests. That would've been nice to know beforehand. Outside of that, we would absolutely book again and would recommend this place to anyone!
