But having my demographic information read OUTLOUD as I am being processed-was a violation of my privacy, security, and frankly disrespectful. Furthermore, to add insult to injury. They gave me a room key that was wrong. When I came back to the lobby to explain that. It was as if I lied. Only for them to go check themselves that I was NOT lying. And issued the correct room key. Not only was I uncomfortable with what happened. I ended up leaving and sleeping else where after i already paid to stay. I left 4 hours into my stay! The listing states that there is an in-room safe and that there is in-room climate control (air-conditioning), neither of which are accurate. I also scalded my hip when I got out of the shower because the hot water pipe that runs from the ground floor all the way up to I presume the top floor, is right beside the shower as you get out and it's a narrow bathroom.
