Although we never met our host in person, we felt genuinely welcomed — it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and we felt thoroughly pampered throughout our stay. The contactless check-in process worked seamlessly. Our room (Frank) was cozy, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. The included breakfast was exceptional — truly one of the best we’ve had. Everything was extremely clean and the front desk (a man, I forgot his name) was so nice and showed us where to go to find our room and offered his service if we needed anything! This was by far my favorite hotel and we travel a lot during wrestling season with my young kids! "
