“Nice area”

“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”

“The property was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked with things you need to actually cook. The stairs are a bit narrow without a handrail - this wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s good to be aware of. ”

“Condo was very clean. Host was very responsive and gracious regarding a minor issue with the water. I would certainly rent this condo again. ”

“Beautifully updated unit with many convenient “smart features” - window shades, fireplace, and touchless bathroom and kitchen fixtures. Located close to all the central Boulder action. Covered, reserved parking space was much appreciated. ”
