“This property was exactly as advertised and the host was very communicative. We had some technical difficulties with the check in process, but the host responded very quickly to resolve the issues. Neighborhood was great - quiet and so close to the beach and other activities. The little kitchenette was very useful.”

“Perfect for a family of 4! Had a blast, and was exactly what we were looking for!”

“The kitchen water was cold”

“This is our second time booking this place, and it’s only gotten better. The new flooring is great! Everything was perfect when we arrived. We love that the beach is a convenient quick walk. We’re also so close to restaurants and stores. Shorehaven is a perfect area to keep coming back to for family vacations.”

“The view was great as well as the layout of the condo. AC worked perfectly and the bed was extremely comfortable. That being said I need to bring up the negative…it is in need of some minor repairs as well as a deep cleaning. I did reach out to the management company to make them aware of my concerns.”

“We are locals and for my birthday all I wanted was to be pool side all day. I did my research and found this development. We drove by while the pool was closed and saw all the awesome rooms over looking the pool, I was so excited for what was to come. I didn't read the fine print. I assumed it was a river view. I didn't realize the layout of the rooms. That being said, when I got there and opened the front door and all I saw was a bathroom, my heart sank slightly. I gathered my birthday spirit……

“no place to hang clothes, no extra towels under bathroom sink, no place to plug toaster oven or hotplate in”

“This listing is inaccurate. It only sleeps 6 not 8! The place had blood on the sheets and nasty yellow stains on the pillows. Stains on walls and curtains!. Was not clean at all. I spent hours washing their sheets. Pet beds in the closet even tho no pets allowed. So if you have an allergy do not book this place. 3rd floor unit with no elevator. BEWARE. Host acknowledges it only sleeps 6 even tho the listing says 8 and let's you book 8. Host doesn't make it right at all!! Do not stay here.”
