"The property is managed by a great local real estate company. The unit is extremely clean, everything is perfect, and the person we had staying in there loved it. There's no need for a rental car since it's right in Kailua town, but the ability to park a car is easy. Parking lot going through some construction, but that didn't affect anything. Would highly recommend any unit through Knutson!"
