“Unit was in great condition and had many more kitchen amenities that I anticipated. A great blender, coffee grinder, etc. There was an AC unit but I didn't need it, the fans were great. One suggestion, maybe update the beach chair options but that was able to make due with what was there just fine. Host and property manager were great. A”

The sun sets were some of the best we have seen in our lifetimes. Host was great. We will be back to this location again. ”

“Wonderful condo and location! Great communication with the host who was very accommodating of our flight schedules. Loved being able to walk into town for shopping and meals. Watching surfers, spinner dolphins, and sunsets made each day unique and special. Highly recommend this condo which had everything we needed for a great stay.”

Die Möbel sind alle sehr abgewohnt, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig und es krabbeln Kakerlaken und andere kleine Tierchen durch die Gegend. Auf Ansprache an die Vermieterin hieß es nur kurz und knapp, das sei normal bei dem Klima und wir sollen unsere Koffer schließen sowie keine Lebensmittel oder Verpackungen liegen lassen. “The view was great. Upgraded Kitchen and Bathroom. Ample parking. it does not have AC but you wont feel any difference with the ocean breeze. Great location as its close to downtown Kona and all the beaches in Kona. very quite apartment. We had a great time”
