"The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low."

"A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)"

"Ocean visible from small but lovely lanai with garden for privacy, nice ground floor room, beach across street. Close to everything in Kona, 20m walk to pier, place right next to farmers market, restaurants. Only negative was Street noise, but humerus with cruisers and wide variety of music section"
