“Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We ended up checking out two days early because of a change in our work schedule. I only requested a refund for the one unused night, and both Expedia and the front desk initially indicated that this should be possible, pending management approval. After a long process, management ultimately refused the refund. That was extremely frustrating and left a very poor impression. There were also several issues with the room and property.
