Occoquan Forest Residences

Convenient, clean, great breakfast, easy parking and friendly staff. We will be back!

Excellent hotel everything very clean The only problem is a noise that the bathroom vent makes; that's automatic, they leave it all day and turn it off until 10 p.m., then turn it on at 5 a.m. in the morning.

The stay was great. Check in was easy we arrived late in the night about 9:30pm we were tired. Our room was spacious and clean with clean bathrooms and filled containers of lotion and hand soap. The bed was comfortable. We did not get to try breakfast that morning because we left prior to the start of weekend breakfast.

Arrived in rain on Christmas Eve. Picked the hotel because it was near a family member's home. My room was very comfortable, cozy, clean, quiet, and restful. I didn't eat breakfast there since I was going to have breakfast with my family nearby. I would definitely recommend it to others and would also stay there again if necessary.

Very nice and quiet

I liked having access to a newspaper. The cookies were much appreciated and were quite yummy. I also liked that there was fruit for a snack, also. The staff were very friendly.

Nice place!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of this property. The shower, floors and bed were all very clean in the room. Even under the chair cushion, no crumbs or trash. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating during our stay. Would stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was, I will stay here again in the future. Continental breakfast consisted of apples, juice, a muffin and granola bars, but otherwise the restaurant food was delicious.

decent breakfast and clean

Nice stay place, basic Bagel and eggs breakfast, could add some hot items to the breakfast menu, rest everything is good

Very nice and clean. But, I didn’t like that I wasn’t told until check out that I would be charged for parking. It needs to be made clear at reservation or check in.

Easy access from the road, nice comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, great staff.

The attention to the customer as well as the room service (food options... you have vegan plates!!!!)The breakfast setting ...

Close to major highways and access to sightseeing, shopping and restaurants! The room was comfortable and equipped for all my personal and business needs! The morning breakfast offered a huge variety of foods and beverages...served in a beautiful and well-maintained setting! I met several people on staff! They all were pleasant and helpful!! they set the bar high for any that follow!

The room was quiet and comfortable. Great location!! Breakfast was hot Sausage, eggs, waffles, juice, coffee, and yogurt.

The customer service was great from check in to check out.

This hotel is perfectly situated for walking access to a great shopping center and local/chain restaurants. It's also a lovely neighborhood, and offers easy access to Rt 28 and Dulles Airport. The hotel itself was clean and very comfortable, and breakfast was awesome! Lots of hot options available, and all delicious.
