“After a disastrous start to our vacation that left us on the verge of driving straight back home, the staff at the Sealoft saved our vacation! Raymond, Marvin, the wonderful woman who is there overnight (I wish i remembered her name. Anyone who lets you use a bathroom 8 hours before check in is a goddess) and all the housekeeping staff were wonderful! Our room was great, the views and quiet were a nice change from the hotels i had stayed in previously. This is my new go to hotel for OC!”

“The hotel was generally clean but they didn’t clean our room during our stay. There was no trash can on the room, there was only one in the restroom. On 3rd floor hall, you can smell a weird smell probably related to the ice maker machine. The breakfast was good the first morning as there are a lot of people there. The next day, as some people left, some of the breakfast items were left too! The first staff we met when we arrived was helpless and she even refused to say hello, but the one we saw……

“Second time staying at Carousel, the staff was still friendly and helpful and the lobby was nice. The room was a bit different; last year I was on the the third floor, the room was nice and clean. This year, fourth floor: bathroom floor was crusty, shower floor was yellowed, there was a hole beside the bathroom door with a few spiders hanging around, and all the towels we had were stained with yellow patches or small red spots. I understand that the hotels at OC have been around for awhile and……

“Hello, I was really satisfied because I had a great time staying at your hotel. However, the only thing that bothered me was that the television was not a Smart TV, so I could not watch anything interesting on it. That was a little disappointing for me. Aside from that, all the services were very good. Thank you for your hospitality.”

“I loved the pool area and the breakfast area”

“Everything was perfect! Clean and we enjoyed our stay! Only thing is we stayed in room 701 and we believe that the AC unit for that room was not working properly. We had the thermostat set to 68 cool, but the room stayed at 74 all night long. Other than that minor inconvenience everything else was amazing and we will definitely be looking to stay at doubletree by Hilton in ocean city again!”
