"Hotel is outdated and could use a reno. One important thing to know: there is no elevator to the 200 level rooms. There is only an elevator to the 500 and 600 level rooms which by the way the hotel is only two floors. Beds were super comfy and we had a sofa. The tv didn’t work and from the sofa you couldn’t watch tv. Not really sure why there was a sofa in the room instead it would’ve been nice to have two chairs and a table. Also, our fridge was in the closet so we couldn’t put our suitcases in there nor could we hang anything up so the layout was just strange in the room, but it was very clean. Staff were very nice. Hotel is right behind back entrance of castaway Cove so perfect location!! Overall 4 stars"
