"Best hotel in AC! Friendly, clean, easy access in and out of AC! Only issue was drapes need replacing...torn. Bed was very comfortable. Not a fan of square pillows but I bring our own "

"South tower #1666 nice big, clean room, Fridge needed a leg, cabinets needed new doors but thats ninor it is an old property that could use some updateing but overall ill return. "

"Closet was a lil dirty, and was wiped down but someone’s dental floss was left behind and the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work other than that everything was super great would come back again "

"This is a beautiful hotel, however we did not get the waterfront room we reserved and paid for. The biggest let down was the staff. All of the staff in the nice restaurants were amazing! The rest of the staff couldn’t be bothered with our needs. We met a housekeeper in the hallway and asked for our room to be cleaned and were told “we’re only cleaning checkouts today”. I’ve never heard of such a thing. So I said, “well, we’re out of facial tissue. Can we get a box?” She says “I don’t have any with me”. Not, let me call down and have some sent up or let me go get some for you. Just nope. The people in the pool area where also not very accommodating at all!"
