Clean room always (second stay at this property) although they weren’t ready by 4pm check-in. Lot is always full of trash,cans overflowing and not swept or maintained in elevators or halls/stairs. I’m not sure granola bars and old coffee are breakfast but thank goodness there’s WaWa up the road! Check-in is fast and easy. Pool area shouldn’t allow alcoholic beverages and they should be mindful to let guests know to be more courteous of others. People living on property have become comfortable and complacent so it can be quite rowdy for actual guests with tv volumes and hanging in lot. I like this place and I’m sure they can do much better bc it’s a convienent area.

To be honest, I really didn’t see the staff. Everything was fully automated. Got my key card by myself. The whole check in process was speedy. I couldn’t complain at all. I stayed for one night, so there were no issues.

Everything was great the only negative I would say is the guys that bring the cart to take your items to the car take to long to come other than that ill be back again

My top 5 favorite hotels

The hotel is amazing but my only complaint is the parking situation. It was told at check in parking is first come first serve which is not convenient or feasible for travelers by cars. Fortunately the parking lot attendant saw I had handicap parking and was able to get me into the parking lot.
