“everything is close to the Springs and parking is plentiful and safe. In fact the room was exceptional and quiet with easy access and comfort. The only reason for my 4 star really had more to do with condition than amenities. The TV was not set up for ease of use and no local chanels for weather etc., a squeaking door to access bath, and lighting by the bed area a little dim. “I wasn’t clear on what I was buying for my stay. I was expecting a room with a sofa and washer and dryer. The advertising was not clear for me to have chosen this property. The renovation and hotel is beautiful and interior design was very nice. The pricing doesn’t justify the stay.”

“The hotel operates with minimal on-site staff, relying instead on electronic key codes for property access. While convenient, the system takes a bit of practice to use efficiently. A layout diagram showing exits and room locations would have been extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our stay, which made getting luggage to our second-floor suite challenging—we had to make multiple trips.
