Cleaning crew is also really attentive and serving your room everyday is a default, which really stands out as some hotels have stopped doing that after COVID. The rooftop bar is amazing with exposed bricks and really nice view. The only complaint I had was that the air conditioner can get rather loud, but only when it’s really working to drop the temp initially. "

"This hotel is our go to for any time we visit NY. Love everything about it! Great spacious clean new rooms, wonderful staff. Excellent location, conveniently located within walking distance to a plethora of amazing restaurants and shopping plazas and or an Uber ride away to other parts of NY for when you want to explore. Highly recommend!"

"The room was filthy… the lamp shades has stains inside that looked like residue from bed bugs, both double beds were lopsided and one of the mattresses had a huge piss stain on it. The windows were dirty and the carpet was extra filthy with stains and dirt tracks everywhere. That room (4041) should have never been allowed to be used. When I told the Manager (Derrick) and showed him pictures, his only concern seem to be the lamp shades. The QR codes on the desk and in the elevator didn’t work, when I finally got one that did let us order room service, the room service never came. Terrible look for the Hilton chain, I will never use that hotel again. That room was worse than a motel 6….never again!!"
