“⭐️ THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE TRAVELING LIFE!
I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was absolutely horrible, and the customer service at the front desk was beyond unacceptable.
I was charged JMD $5,000 for “incidentals” because the hotel claimed that I had damaged a small bathroom washcloth with my makeup. They initially wanted to charge me the full JMD $1500, but I refused to accept that unreasonable charge. They eventually took JMD $5,000……
“The place was well kept and clean the swimming pool was under reconstruction which was a big turn off bar was always closed after breakfast the restaurant was closed even on a Friday afternoon No form of entertainment if ur visiting u would have to unfortunately venture out into the unprotected to find food and entertainment this was really a bad experience for me”
“The stay was awful, upon arrival there was no one to check us in. The rooms need to be upgraded' no wifi was provided television wasn't working. There wasn't any security guard on the property didn't felt safe.”
“This property is at beautiful location.. Minutes from the town of Ocho Rios,restaurants all attractions within the area. The only issue I had with this resort was maintainance. However the issue can be overlooked as the ambiance is top tier. This is my second time as this property and I have seen improvements so as per my assumption they are upgrading. I would recommend this property to all travellers.”
“The caretaker of the property, Mr. Chris was wonderful. He was so helpful. I really appreciate how he allowed me to use his phone when beach water got into mine lol. He made my birthday so special with the delicious meal he made for me. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation. I will definitely book this cottage again when I come back for another visit to Jamaica.”
