“Don't like the balcony. The balcony is not private. Because of that I couldn't open the curtains to see the mountain view when the lights of my room turned on.”

“房间宽敞明亮舒适。早餐简单。在山区算是性价较高的客栈。”

“When we checked in, the room was not ready. So we had to change room. Then we were shocked by the absence of air conditioning in the midst of heat wave, even in Mammoth Lakes. Turns out the hotel does specify they provide "fan". We thought we could survive with fans only, then found out the toilet seriously clogged. We had to change room the second time. We had to open windows at night to let the air in, then noticed there are people walking outside. No privacy. Lesson learned here is……

“A Throop was not clean. Hair in too many places. There was no air conditioning in the height of summer - which wasn’t outlined until check in. No hot water anywhere.”

“They had shampoo and conditioner run out in the shower room. Though I requested to bring in new bottles, they brought two body soaps. Staff seemed to be inexperienced not understanding quality of services. Staff were on site only in the morning and could not reach a live person after that.”
