Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order. Me and my family had a great time. Everyone at the hotel, as well as the restaurant and pool bar, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

Our stay was fantastic. Only negative would be all of the resort and parking fees. I would honestly rather have them included in the room. We are paying a higher rate to stay at a great hotel and all of the added fees are crazy.
