“This is an excellent place to stay in downtown Port Washington. My room was large, well air conditioned and decorated in the historical ambience of the hotel. Very private and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.”

“The access & view to the harbor make this a lovely place to visit! The beds were very comfortable & the bathroom Was new, clean! Staff in restaurant were very friendly. Front desk staff not so welcoming.”

“It's an older property and I suspect they are a little lite on staff. Both times I came to the desk nobody was there. They did answer the house phone when I dialed the number shown at the desk and did come promptly to handle my check-in and out... The room was a bit spare - no carpet, but it was clean and everything worked fine... Parking was tight - maybe just me, I arrived after 10pm and I think there was exactly one parking space left both nights - so all good, but there are just enough……

“Bed was hard as a rock. The owner was rude to my dad over a deposit then changed his mind about it after seeing us. Was repeatedly going to call about changing locks but never did during a holiday weekend and I barely slept the entire time there despite using sleeping pills and alcohol. Hotel was too close to the road making any vehicle going by another way to wake us up. Was a horrible stay and will not recommend.”
