“Did not care for the property. Thought I was booking a Comfort Suites but it changed to a Best Western . The room was old and had a funny smell like a ash tray. It didn't feel clean. Would definitely not stay there again.”

“Excellent stay,soft comfy beds,very clean property and it was quiet so very quiet. They were always cleaning or sweeping to maintain cleanliness and ground!!! Would stay at again.”

“I loved it here. Super peaceful and did a night walk with no worries. The air conditioning was phenomenal and the water pressure was great.”

“Very new hotel. Accommodations were fine. Took a while to get got water up to my room (was booked into the 4th floor). However, once the water was warm, it was good. Didn't like being told i had to pay a coverage for damage to the room. Charged $50 that'll be refunded at some point. Not sure when that'll be. Would've been nice to know that at the time of making the booking and not feeling forced to comply when I'm at the check-in counter. Overall, I'm town on if I'll book another stay here.……

“The property was being renovated, so it was not in perfect condition but, I would not hesitate to stay there again. The breakfast was good and the staff was very polite and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet.”

“I was traveling and stopped for the night. The staff were courteous at checkin and checkout. The breakfast was fantastic! There were two issues with my stay. One problem was the bathroom wall was dirty with what looked like fecal matter. The real problem was getting woke up at 3 am with a domestic dispute between a man and woman complete with yelling, cussing and hitting. This dispute continued in the hallway in front of my room for several minutes. Then for the next hour and a half there were……

“Wake up to the Rock River! What a neat experience to wake up to the Rock River and eat breakfast near it as well. Our room had a patio that looked out to the river; my family loved that!”
