This was a great experience staying with embassy suites. We were attending a concert at the KIA Center- this was the perfect location to be able to walk to the event! The staff was so cordial and friendly! The room was spacious & clean. The breakfast was much better than expected. Only negatives...there aren't USB chargers in the room(not that I could find) so make sure that you bring adequate equipment to charge your devices and although the hotel has made every effort to buffer the traffic noise, it is still VERY noisy at night. Thankfully, I brought a travel sound machine which helped greatly!

Our stay at this property was very good. We were there for a concert. Our room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was very cordial. My only complaint was the food from the restaurant was not worth the money. .not good at all. The morning breakfast however is a plus. Otherwise, our stay was great.

An exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel deserves every one of its five stars. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel right at home. Conveniently located near all the attractions, it was easy to explore the city. The breakfast bar was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The rooms were cozy, well-maintained, and provided all the necessary accommodations for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality!

I arrived at the hotel just before noon and the hotel let me checked in. During the check-in, I was charged twice with different amounts. The hotel explained that one is for an early check-in fee and another is a refundable deposit. However, the hotel never refund me the deposit. I called the hotel and I found out that the deposit charge was counted as the early check-in fee. During the call, I explained how I was told about the 2 charges when I checked-in but the hotel still refused to refund my deposit. I am not happy with the hotel because: 1. The hotel didn’t inform me that there would be an early check-in fee before processed my check-in. 2. The early check-in fee is not the amount I was told and charged when checked-in.

The front desk has terrible attitudes. Didn’t provide parking pass after being charged parking fee and had to pay to leave parking lot which was another charge. Any questions were responded with attitudes. The room had water damage in the shower with the paint peeling and over all had a terrible smell. Worst embassy stay I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience and the rooms are big in the suites. Only thing is I had a room where I could hear all the traffic outside and every time a motorcycle road by it was disturbing my sleep.

There is a Deposit due upon arrival that we were unaware of as well as you must pay to park twenty dollar per day of your stay. Our room while nice was not properly cleaned. Their was trash still in the bathroom and hair (from shaving) on the sink counter. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast included. Breakfast has basic hotel breakfast as well as omelets made to order. Pleasant stay but would of prefered to know about the fees up front.
