“I’ve never bailed on a rental property until this one. The property was dirty and the bedding was filthy. We left in the middle of the night when we found the bed too dirty to use. “Our room had maintenance issues. Door viewer missing, toilet wobbled on floor, not bolted down. Hinges on door not installed properly so you had to push hard to close the door. Broken outlets in light fixtures not working. Smoking or musty odor in room. Other than that room was clean, newer looking and acceptable.”
