“Our stay was great a property like this is hard to find with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The property was very close to Central Park and the Subway. With sleeping up to 8 people my only suggestion would be add some mirrors to the bedrooms so someone csn be getting ready while others are showering. Carmen was very easy to work with and quick to respond to Amy questions. Would highly recommend. ”

And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
