“I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.”

“Actually loved staying here, I always stay at the Marriott and the cost was like 250 more than a standard room here AND you get to contribute to local business owners that actually care about your experience. The vibe of the entire building was so cool and the layout and décor is stunning. Liquor store within walking distance for random amenities you might not find at the hotel late night and its close to everything downtown. Great experience and looking forward to staying again. The location……

“The rooms are nice. The staff want you to be comfortable. They’ve accommodated changes in my plans many times. I used to live in the area so when I visit this is where I stay.”

“Staff was awesome and friendly . Yet sadly the facility was kind of bad. The second floor ground was uneven and dirty. Even though the top was no smoking. Guests on the bottom were. Meaning you could still smell that terrible second hand smoke.”
