"Parking is awful in Old San Juan and this hotel does nothing to help. There is no place to unload luggage, except by blocking traffic. There is no help from anyone to help with luggage. The hotel rooms were Ok, but old and the floors were not attractive, in fact the floors were dirty. I only stayed ..."

"Very good location, with restaurants and market at walking distance. it is clean, good wifi, good air conditioning, hot water, comfortable beds. "I have stayed at this hotel previously without any issues. This stay was not the same. As I walked in the room you could smell mold. I have allergies and this made it unbearable. It was so bad I had to sleep with a mask."
