Definitely needs a lot of updating. Building just overall old, dirty, and outdated. Staff was great and outdoor area was great. Pool and beach were beautiful. But the hotel and rooms itself need a lot of work.

Great stay, room was very clean had an industrial vibe. Property was very nice overall. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in the lot next to the property. Stayed two nights with my wife after returning to San Juan following a wedding over the weekend in Guanica.
