“Our family had a fantastic time at Andrew’s place. The house was perfect for me and my family, the place was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Started every morning with a cup of coffee on the lanai with the perfect sunrises! Andrew was responsive and very attentive.”

“This property was perfect for our first time to Kaua’i. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. They thought of everything we could need from beach towels, beach chairs, and games to keep us entertained. Every morning we would sit on the back lanai with our coffee and talk to the roosters and chickens that came to visit. It was hard to not feed them! The owners daughters own a small bakery called Outer Bakes. We ordered some absolutely delicious treats……

“Unit was good , slightly dated but functional. Ac in master made a gurgling noise. Unit is on third floor which is not advertised. Unit has closet with beach stuff which was handy. Locating the unit in the dark upon our arrival was difficult as property is dimly lit. Overall was decent place to stay . ”

“Condo was nice, had plenty of towels. Plenty of space for a family. They have a lot of rules and no information about area. The pool is very cold and the hot tub had 14 adults and 4 kids. So couldn’t use it. The air will not go below 73*. So I could not sleep too sticky. Condo is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a lot of stairs. Not beach front have to drive. There is a Sheraton hotel on the beach. But over all a nice place.”

“The unit was better than expected- really spacious and conveniently located near Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach. It was very clean and had everything we would want to use including beach and snorkel gear. Above all else, Sara was an amazing host who had helpful suggestions for our first visit to Kauai. She also promptly answered all questions as they came up during our stay. Thank you for making our trip wonderful!”
