“Wir hatten ein großes, ruhiges Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, welches keine Wünsche offen ließ. Frühstücksbuffet war auch sehr reichhaltig und gut. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft in super Lage.”

“Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! “Lovely brand new hotel with nice room decor. Good sound proofing and outside balcony. The hotel is not central Funchal. It's about a 40 minute walk into the centre. However, we like walking so for us it was a great. The walk into Funchal is lovely. In addition, there is a shopping centre and many restaurants close by. The breakfast was reasonable but not outstanding. Very much a self service concept including coffee making machines. The only real negative was that although the balcony is……

“The staff (housekeeping, reception, hospitality, even maintenance) were top notch; people who appear to have found their niche in providing a welcoming, comfortable environment. The location and amenities were also great. Being built on the side of a cliff, the view from every room we visited was difficult to beat. The drawbacks of this hotel are (1) limited free parking (2) a location that’s a bit further from downtown amenities than some other options; requiring a car or using the convenient……

“The hotel natural estate was beautiful, the grounds were in there own gardens , the staff very friendly , everything so clean and helpful. Everything was exceptional. The restaurant was very interesting and good , breakfast was so delightful with all the fruits and choices to eat. It is a 5 star excellent hospitality. The outside pool was lovely as well as indoor spa. Not hot but refreshing. ”

Um es freundlich zu formulieren: es ist eine stilistische Zeitreise in die 70er/80er.🙂 Das Frühstücksbuffet hat mich dagegen sehr positiv überrascht - sehr reichhaltig mit verschiedenen Brotsorten, Obst, Gemüse. Einzig die Nescafé-Kaffeemaschine finde ich unpassend. Frisch gebrüht und am Tisch serviert bevorzuge ich da eher.”
