The AC on our floor was broken and the air in the room was both working properly, I went downstairs twice to inform them, they did nothing I complained again and they acted like they didnt know there was an issue. At check out they gave me a $50 credit towards not having AC in my room, really? Also the hotel guest did not wear face mask in elevators or common areas, they had one young man politely asking those not wearing to put them on and one guest told the poor man off. The guest should have been asked to leave no one said a word to him, I guess they are unaware there is a pandemic in the world. Truly dissapinted!
