Search and Rent Palm Springs North Condos

The property is good and well maintained, it was very clean but I did wake up with a cockroach in the bathroom. But nice property for the price.

Good option

Very spacious and walking distance to target nice kitchen and very reasonable price

We really enjoyed our stay and had prompt service for any problems we had like our air conditioning in the living room, the bedrooms stayed cool. Comfortable beds and great beach service with comfortable lounge chairs. The only difficult time was with the concierge woman who was rude and hurtful with her comments about me not having a significant other and not allowed to participate in the offers I was told prior to staying that I would receive.

Todo bien

We had the pleasure of staying at Midblock Miami for the weekend due to a music festival that was going on in town. There’s plenty of shops around and everything is walking distance from the hotel. Once we got there, check in was made pretty easy and the host made sure to answer all concerns swiftly. I loved the attention to detail from the dishes, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, toiletries etc. It felt like home away from home. I also fell in love with the balcony overlooking the beach. I will most definitely be back.

The host was attentive Great location miami downtown food, nitelife, park. The condo has a great shower area and rooms with great beds and miami view.

How I d

Very convenient and clean. What stood out was the amazing service provided by Franko the property manager. He was extremely accommodating and responded to requests and queries promptly. Highly recommended!

Property location very close to all the great places in the neighborhood. Such as Brickell Center, Great restaurants with roof-top bars. Hotel staff is very helpful.

Very friendly host, and staff at the building was phenomenal. I had just gotten a surgery on my knee and every time I came in, they was very attentive and made sure I got to my room safe and secure. The room itself was exactly like the pictures. It was Clean and came with lots of amenities. We had a slight issue with 2 of the tvs in the condo but when notified it was rectified promptly. My only other issue was although parking was free, the parking bay for that particular condo was so far away...

Great location & communication, clean, and well appointed. I will definitely book here again!
