“I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses”

“There was nothing good about this place. I felt I was being scammed. We had issues getting into our room because we arrived after hours and the “so called office “ close at 9pm. Tried to contact the host no answer. We had to get another room for the night and came back to this place and found no staff again although the office says open 6a-9p. Called the listed number and someone text back saying they don’t work there anymore and gave us some number which was no help. The pool was nasty there……

“The staff was very polite and the villa was clean. The bathtub and wall tile could use updating. The villa did not have kitchen items like plates and pots and pans and there was not an iron. Some items had to be obtained from the front desk. No ice machine on premesis, have to go to their restautant for ice. No in room coffee pot or complimentary coffee. Lots of street noise with motorcycles and cars late into the night and early in the morning.”

“We were not happy with the service. You have to ask the front desk for everything. Even For the toilet paper.The hotel is about one house away from SJ. The bathroom was Dirty, and The Bath didn’t drain”

“We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away. It was in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay there and would honestly stay there……
