Gulf Highlands is a family friendly gated community with security. The complex has 11 pools(4 heated and 1 beach side),tennis courts, shuffleboard and mini golf(directly across from unit).

No smoking or pets allowed inside unit.

The unit downstairs includes a living room with sleeper sofa, dinning room, half bath, laundry room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside patio faces a the canal has 6 chairs with a fire pit table, and a grill. The setting on the canal allows for nice quite mornings and evenings with out the beach crowd. 18 holes of putt-putt and 2 swimming pools are located just steps away from the front door.

Up stairs includes a two full baths and two bedrooms with king beds, one with a private balcony overlooking the canal. Unit also includes WIFI, cable, washer and dryer.

Park directly in front of your unit, no parking garages or slow elevators to contend with! Beach is just a short walk away.

This was a wonderful stay! The backyard was great seeing the turtles every morning.. my girls ended up using the pickleball paddles & fell in love with the game so that was perfect to have! The beds were SO comfortable, slept with no issues! Overall a beautiful & well equipped vacation place! Highly recommended!

Summer vacay!

We loved our stay here at this cute little townhome. Buddy is a wonderful host and is always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The home is in a perfect location and very quiet. This was our first time staying off the beach and we were not sure how we were going to like it but we LOVED it so much. We would def recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Buddy!

Lovely home that made our vacation top notch!

We had the BEST vacation this year! Was super nervous about not staying right on the beach however Mr. Ivey’s condo made it totally worth it and it was only a very short walk over to the beach. Mr. Ivey has everything you could need at the condo and had the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had on vacation! My kids said this is our new vacation home!Community is quite and relaxing. Also only one small hiccup came up that was complete out of his co trip but Mr. Ivey was on it so fast and had it fixed immediately so was no inconvenience to us! Hospitality is great! Cannot say enough kind things about this unit and it’s owner! Must stay!

Would stay again

Clean. Convenient. Quiet. Family friendly. Comfy beds and plenty of space. That said, I have 3 complaints. 1) Fridge was cleaned out of all the food but itself wasn't clean. If you're paying a cleaning company, they need to clean fridge out. 2) Need more full-size bath towels. The 2 or 4 that were provided weren't big enough for my teenage son, let alone my 6'2" husband. 3) If you are going to own a place in Florida, rent it out but not live in the state, you need to have someone really responsible checking on the place to make sure things are in order. I asked if there were beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. already provided in the event we flew and I was told nothing was provided (which is fine). Yet when we arrived, the back porch had a corner full of old, used, trashy chairs, noodles, broken boogie board, etc. that clearly a prior renter had left. So my suggestion is either have someone toss that before another guest arrives so your back porch doesn't look bad, or say, "...leftover stuff on back porch is just for general use..." And when we tried to turn on the TV, nothing worked at first. Owner said everything should be on HDMI1, when in reality, the TV only worked on HDMI4. We figured it out and it didn't ruin my vacation; but again, it is little things like this that are noticeable if you don't live in the same state where you rent something. That's it.

Perfect stay!

This is our third stay with Gulf Highlands and like our previous vacations, this one was equally as wonderful! From the beginning Buddy had outstanding communication. Our condo was clean, quiet and relaxing. We were across the street from mini golf, just a 5 minute walk to the beach, around the corner from big pool of the resort. There were plenty of towels, items for the beach (cart, 2 chairs, toys, towels), but as usual, please treat these with respect as most owners supply these fun treats on their own.We love how quiet it was, even near the 4th of july, we have never had an issue. It was nice being backed up to the canal where we say lots of fish, turtles, snails and beautiful birds.There was plenty of spices, plates, cooking utensils, pots and pans, we didn't use the grill this time but it's available for use, there is a large circle table to relax around in the back. Oh! The beds!! they are so comfortable!! We'd come back just for them!I can't wait until our next stay!

Loved the property!!

We absolutely loved the property. If you’re looking for a quiet place that is only a few minutes walk to the beach, well this is the place. This property will not disappoint. We were also allowed to check in early which was so wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!!

We loved our time here. The condo was as pictured clean and close to one of the pools putt putt and a short walk to beach. We come to Gulf Highlands every October and will try to rent this condo again.

Place was nice, clean. Apparently the cleaning lady didn't like baby powder on the floor in a restroom so we picked up a $20 charge when leaving. Oh well. Other than that... we'd go back

The host Bubba was the best host yet. He contacted me ahead of time to make sure I received check in information. Very easy to get ahold of if anything was needed. He even noticed us or a boil water advisory that he received the time of our stay. (This didn’t affect us at all) His place had everything you needed to cook a good home cooked meal. He even had a beach cart that wasn’t listed. We brought our own but now we know for future reference . I highly recommend staying here. The beds are super comfortable as well and that’s hard to find when staying on vacation. 20/10 recommend! :)

The best yet at Gulf highlands
