"Spacious and comfortable accommodation. The bed was big and very comfortable. Mostly a very quiet room, but the heating/fans were often noisy and couldn't turn them off. Some of the lights in the room were flashing"

There was an awards ceremony going on when we arrived and had to wait an absolute age to get in a lift up to the reception, when we left after checking in we realised there’s an alternative entrance round the corner. It would be good if that were signposted so people were aware. "

"The grounds and the gym/pool areas are great, however, the room was quite small. The door touched the lugage stand every time you opened it and there was only space for one person at the feet of the bed to go pass. The breakfast was very good. "

"Good location for use of the underground which allows an easy journey into central London. Unfortunately we didn’t realise how close to Heathrow it was (may be a pro!) until 6am when there was a flight taking off every few minutes."

"Clean, comfortable room; friendly, helpful staff; and super easy access from the terminal via covered walkway (about a five-minute walk). If your luggage isn't too cumbersome, and if you’re good with walking, then it's really convenient for any Heathrow terminal since train transfers between terminals are free. We'd absolutely stay again."
