"Nice location. Quiet and had what we needed. Our dog ran out the door and went into neighbors lawn, and an accident on our part because she pushed screen door open. The neighbor called the leasing office and we did tell him it wouldn’t happen again. Anyway, it was a little disheartening because we had already said to him it wouldn’t happen again. "The location was great! Unfortunately we had a few hiccups A/C wasn’t working and thankfully only needed last 3 days but it got hot in the upstairs. Mattresses need some upgrades to be sure and the loft is extremely hard for adults to get in and out of. We did love the location and view."

While the house is older and occasionally shows it’s age, it has EVERYTHING that you could possibly need or want and it was spotless. "It was perfect for what we needed. We wanted to visit both Chincoteague and Assateague and the location was great for going to both while also being off the beaten path. "We loved our stay! The home is new and clean with lots of space for our crew. Great location puts you less than 2 miles to nearly everything of interest on the island. We rented bikes, took a pony tour, ate tasty food, and spent hours on the gorgeous Assateague seashore. Highly recommend this location and home."
