“Great travel hotel from Texas to Chicago.”

“Bed and pillows were comfy. Water for shower was nice and hot. Air conditioner worked well and was quiet. Staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Appreciated the freezer in the fridge to freeze the ice packs for our cooler. Appreciated easy loading of luggage with parking in front. Great price. Bedroom area was nice. Everything was clean. A few things but considering the price……we worked with it. Bathroom needed some work with peeling paint and challenging to get the water to……

“Everything was great for the most part. Only a couple of things seemed off. 1. The bathroom exhaust fan comes on when anyone enters and is rather loud. 2. The bathroom light also comes on when anyone enters, not good when others may be trying to sleep. 3. The shower floor gets rather slick and someone could easily slip. 4. For a new facility the room A/C seemed rather loud. ”

“When I stay at hotels I like to find hotels like this one for the $$$ value . This hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room 237 . I didn’t hear any interstate noise . I didn’t eat the breakfast but the coffee was very good . I would stay here again .”

“I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene……

“The USB charger ports in the room didn't work, it was obvious that one of them was damaged. I ended up having to charge some items in my truck. The A/C system was noisy enough to wake you up when it came on in the night. The toilet seat was loose, and about ready to cause you to fall off. I fixed that! The cleaning staff left a dirty washcloth in the bathroom. The tub was very slick, especially if you used their 3-in-one shower product. The tub had the safety handle removed, and called off……
