Fantastic, modern, clean apartment in the perfect location.

The GPS brings you to the left side of the building. The first front desk person I encountered (English Accent) was miserable. No greeting, limited or maybe just unwilling to provide adequeate information. How about something like this " Hello, welcome the Pleasant View Hotel, thank you for choosing Pleasant View for your stay. Have you ever stayed with us before? There are a few things I would like to go over to make your stay complete....I asked her for a map of the hotel? She rudely reponded, like she doesn't care...My disabled wife was witness to the whole transaction. AND WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE CHECK IN AREA AT THAT TIME-IT WAS NOT BUSY. BUT APARENTLY WE WERE BOTHERING HER. I did ask several guests wether or not they experienced and 50% agreed. THE GREETING IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS. In the restaurant, they were not able to serve 20% of what was on the menu. The waitress on 9/17 was very professional and explained the situation very well. Middle aged woman with a pleasant smile and greeting. On 9/18, we sat at the bar. The female bartender was also exceptional (even during the bar getting slammed for about an hour), she stayed professional and was not afraid to admit to a small mistake she made. During her busy time at the bar and the busy time the night before, I did notice, what appeared to be the resturant manager really not assiting her-unless he was asked by patrons to put up appetizers etc... He should have noticed that. Great view....

Nice and clean hotel the locations is perfect you can walk any place , we enjoyed
