“Had a great time this multilevel condo. All the amenities and conveniently located were a huge plus. Had the power kick off on one of the circuits. But the hostess was able to quickly and effectively show me how to remedy the situation and everything went off smoothly. Very crooked attention and very fast to resolve any concerns. We look forward to visiting again”

“Our family spent 3 nights over Easter weekend in Sarah's condo. The condo was very clean and as shown in photos. The kitchen was well equipped. The photos really don't do the condo justice. The furniture including the mattresses were comfortable. Sarah has combined quirky, vintage furniture to create a unique beachy vibe. Views and location are fantastic. We also really enjoyed the pool area which has new furniture. We would definitely stay again. ”

“Curt’s place in Wilmington was fantastic! The view over the river was nice, and we loved walking the boardwalk to find wonderful places to eat. The size of the rooms and cleanliness were perfect. I loved all the extras like the snacks and face wipes! We would recommend the place to anyone.”

“Beautiful, peaceful ocean view condo. We loved the heated salt water pool ( there is no indoor pool) and the kids jumped in the large outdoor pool. We had drinks and dinner at the restaurant/bar and that was a fun pirate themed place in building 2. The walk to the beach was shorter than it looked in the pictures which was helpful for us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered all my questions quickly. ”

The condo was perfect for our long weekend celebrating the wedding celebration of the daughter of very dear friends. The condo is very modern and has everything you need. The location is perfect.”

“Nice size condo, view of ocean, steps to beach, beautiful pool. Over all nice property . Very quiet Master bedroom most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on and very high. Looked like one of those mattresses in a box. That was the only down side. ”

“Convenient location to explore downtown and area. It was easy to visit the beach but we preferred not staying there where it was packed with people. Fun to people watch from balcony and watch the river. ”

“Decent place but there was very little beach due to the sandbags and crazy high water levels except for 4 hrs a day. But we found a place close by that we drove to and spent a day on the beach. The window AC unit was very loud that often made conversation and watching TV frustrating. The bedroom AC was much quieter. The view was amazing 24hrs/day.”
