“A B&B that I will definitely stay again whenever I visit St. Austell. Warm, cozy and great location (it only takes less than 5 mins walking distance from St. Austell station, 10 mins walk to town centre) it's like going home as owner was friendly and warm, deco was warm and lovely, and most of all, home cooked and wide choice of breakfast was magnificent. I believe it is the worthiest place to stay with all these and amazingly low pricing charged. Big thumb up and highly recommended.”

“The Waterwheel Inn was exceptional. We had a garden suite which opened straight out onto the amazing gardens and a small double room. Both were decorated nicely and kept clean. Breakfast was served in the lovely conservatory and was excellent with good choices and nice touches like home-made jams and granola. We ate in the restaurant for dinner several times and had great food every time. Staff were helpful whilst being unobtrusive. Our only suggestion is to advertise the vegan options better as……
