“No blackout curtains in room,parking lot lights beamed thru the windows. No one at check in desk,waited over 15 minutes. Common area bathrooms near pool locked and no one ever at the front desk. Not enough towels in room ,felt like I had to beg to get the appropriate amount for my family. No pool towels. Had to get get linens for the sofa bed and the sheets were heavily stained, I ended up pulling a sleeping bag out of my car and used that. Two kids were running around the hotel unattended, I……

“This place may benefit from a upgrade. The weather was a bit damp, but the room was downright WET! My prescriptions, which were in a sealed case inside a sealed zip lock bag, were so wet that some of them began to dissolve. I grabbed some coffee in the morning, proceeded back to the room, and when I stepped inside, the room literally smelled like gym clothes that had sat in a locker over a weekend, without being washed. Once again, begging for tips for the staff, is unprofessional. The cost of……

“The room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable. As far as house keeping i wasn't satisfied. On my second night when I returned to the room I discovered it wasn't serviced. Waist baskets were not emptied and our used towels were not replaced with clean ones. The main entrance of the hotel had a garbage bin full to the top and over stuffed with garbage .
