"The hotel is very unique in its design and has beautiful views. Food service is very slow but food is excellent. Staff is nice but it's hard to communicate in English. The most disappointing feature was the hot tub. Jet pressure is very low, you hardly feel it. The tub is also very deep so you can't see the beautiful views, only when you stand up. Bummer. "

"Wow, the experience at Chomi House was amazing! We were the only guests on the property, and the individualized attention was incredible. The host made great breakfasts and dinners, arranged any private tour we wanted, showed us sloths and monkeys and cacao trees on or around the property. And our private pool was lovely! It’s hard to get in here but you should try! "

"Serene setting marred by overlooked essentials. Room lacked basic amenities: no towel hooks in bathroom, shower caddy, or trash can. Housekeeping inconsistent, requiring requests for fresh towels during a weekend stay.
Dining experience positive with room service available. Spa package disappointing due to unclean jacuzzi, though massage by Carmen was excellent.
Staff performance mixed, with only two standout employees. Unwelcome sales pitch for “VIP” offerings upon arrival detracted from...

"No me pude comunicar para avisar de mi hora de llegada. Nadie me abrió y solo pude quedarme una noche. La propiedad es hermosa pero el servicio es pésimo. La hora del checkout es a las 11, a la misma que un hostal. Usualmente los hoteles y bungalows te dejan hasta la 1. Se metieron al bungalow a limpiar a las 11 sin pedir permiso. Tienen que mejorar su servicio de sobremanera."

"The sky dome is incredible. The views are breathtaking in the daytime and evening. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We did an alpaca and llama walk to an inca site which was a memorable experience."

"We had to get a breakfast to go as we were leaving at 3am. The packed breakfast was excellent and the hotel kept our luggage whilst we were in Machu Picchu at no extra cost. The room was immaculate and amenities great. A free pisco sour was a great touch too"
" The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Miraflores, just a short walk from parks, great restaurants, and the ocean views along the Malecón. It felt incredibly safe and convenient, even at night.
The staff deserve special mention — genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and they made me feel welcome the moment I arrived (even with a late flight!). The front desk team was professional and spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless.
My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were top-quality, and I had a fantastic view of the city. The bathroom was modern, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything felt well cared for and upscale without being stuffy.
Breakfast was another highlight — generous buffet with both Peruvian and international options, and fresh fruit that was out of this world. I also loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area, which had beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind after exploring Lima.
Overall, I can’t recommend Hotel Estelar Miraflores enough. It’s stylish, comfortable, and incredibly well-run — truly one of the best values in Lima. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city."
"We had a fantastic night stay here - honestly the best night on our whole trip in Peru. It was such an unforgettable experience. The staff were great and the food was lovely too! "
