"Beautiful hotel built into an old power plant. Staff outstanding, breakfast decent (hot sandwiches but no chafing dishes with eggs/protein). The rooms were spacious suites. Free ahuttle to The Event Center and casino. Only complaint was the bes was "lumpy". I would definitely book again."

"Avoid. Not clean. Not well maintained. Extremely noisy neighbors at night. Administrative staff is reasonable. Agreed to reduce three nights trip to one night. Get refund."

"I’ve stayed here several times and this was my first not so good experience. The generator outside my room woke me up for a couple hours during the night. Realized there was no shampoo in the bottle in the midst of my shower; requested shampoo from front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to bring me a bottle. "

"Staff was very nice but mentioned a bar next door when we could hear the music in the office. It was around 9:00pm and it was just my 16 year old daughter and I traveling. We were hungry and there was a menu for food at the bar on the window barrier between staff and us. We went to the room and unloaded, it was very clean. Then we decided to walk to the bar to see if we could get food! When we got to where we could see the front of the bar it said “ GENTLEMANS CLUB” on the front and I looked at my daughter and said I hope this is not a strip club and we walked in. It was a strip club! You would think that the people in the office would have mentioned that but nope they just referred to it as a bar! Needless to say when we walked out my 16 year old daughter said “ why didn’t the lady in the office warn us?” Kind of disturbing."

"To my surprise- I was so pleased to see the upgraded results of this hotel, since my first visit that was majorly disappointing and utterly shocking.! Hint: A Scene from the hotel in the bad section of ( Breaking Bad ) a T.V. Series. Since then, there’s been plenty of good solid changes, to making the experience better for the guest. Here’s The positives: Cleaning Staff was Excellent! The Hotel is Centrally Located- Deliveries were incredible easy to receive. Little to No loud noises, No issues with Pest being inside or, around the premises. Honoring The Do Not Disturb and lastly, The Continental breakfast. The negatives: Front desk availability. No one was there to greet me upon arrival. I had several flight changes, which placed me at your hotel late at night. Exhausted, I rang a bell for service, no one answered. Then called the front office, heard the phone ringing, again no one answered. Doors were locked inside the hotel. I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes-before getting checked in to the hotel. There was a sign that said, I’ll be back in a few minutes. However, when you’re running a business, it is imperative for staff to know when someone’s on the property, checking in/ out- as guest. The Check In process was done with on a regular basis. Not feeling excited about my presents, just business in hand. Next was the vending machine. I ordered two bottled waters, credit card was charged and NOTHING ! Got ripped off by the vending machine. Too much hassle for water! "
