“Excellent service, very clean, updated and affordable. Though some may be turned off by the mobile home park next door, it was a great alternative to the in Steamboat over the Holidays. Comfortable room (King Kitchenette) with everything we needed for a short stay. We will happily book there again.”

“Tim was outstanding. Both him and his business partner were incredible to my wife and I. The home was breathtaking and Tim and his business partner took over unfinished construction in 2017 while construction originally was undertaken in 2007. The previous owners came across hurdles and were unable to finish construction which is when Tim and his partner took over and finished it themselves. Attention to detail both from a construction design standpoint and as hosts were incredible. The views……
