“I was appalled! This hotel is away from the city with nothing around and they charge you $12 per night to park in their parking lot that needs resurfaced. This is a separate charge from booking. I did not see this requirement when I booked because it was shown in small printing on a separate page which in nothing more than their full intentions to deceive their customer with add-ons after booking. I couldn’t find another hotel in Steamboat Springs that had a parking charge. The breakfast……

“Very convenient. The staff was friendly. The food at Harrison’s restaurant was very good. Our car battery died while we were there and the maintenance guy helped without hesitation to jump off the car so we could get it fixed. Recommend Napa auto parts in town and the garage behind it. Highly recommend this hotel since it’s just outside the downtown area, it’s quiet but not far to all the shops and ski lift area.”

“Great breakfast buffet, really clean and new rooms, big hot tub. Our only “complaint” is that it is confusing to find the parking lot the first time.”

“Very convenient location and a nice remodeling job. Breakfast was disappointing and pretty noisy bring next to the main drag. Nice to get discounted tickets to the hot springs across the street.”

“King size bed pillows were too small for the bed. The Tv would freeze when in use. Staff was not very helpful in resolving it. The couch was you sat on would lean to the right. Parking fee was not published on Expedia website”
