Phoenix Chalets

I always check bathroom first for hairs. Not one. Pool so fun and clean. Nicest staff, every one. Employees praised owners for being caring. We will be back.

Love staying here.

The hotel was easy to get to from the freeway. The room was clean and very comfortable. Our only issue was the air conditioner not working when we arrived in the room, but that was very quickly resolved. I'd stay here again!

Room was very spacious, clean, and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay

Exceptional, best hotel for the price. Staff was great, breakfast perfect, the hotel offers everything you need. Large rooms.

Have stayed here several times, and the staff are always friendly, nice rooms, gym, pool/spa. Appreciate the weekday meals. Will stay here if they have space.

This is our favorite place to stay in Medford Or. it is in a central location for our needs. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are well designed.

A very quick and efficient check in process. The gentlemen at the check in was very courteous and helpful. A very clean and spacious room. Excellent location for base lodging to visit Crater Lake NP.

We loved the homey cozy clean feeling of the place and the natural hotsprings water in the tub in the room

I loved the isolated RV with a gorgeous view of the pond and the swans were absolutely gorgeous. The rv was in great condition and very comfortable. My only suggestions would be to leave stove directions and label the knobs better. My mother in law struggled turning it on and off. We also had an alarm sound during the night a couple of times and it wasnt related to the gas. Maybe humidity? A towel for the bathroom floor would have been useful and less throw pillows to find homes for. But...

Great place to stop over on our trip back to Canada. Clean, easy to find, helpful, friendly staff. Most importantly pet friendly:)

easy access on and off the hiway

Vintage feel to the property, but clean and quiet. Parking in large courtyard was free. Very convenient for one night stay on trip from WA to CA. I-5 was just around the corner, and shopping/dining was convenient, as well. Staff was friendly and check-in/check-out was easy.

Clean and comfy, great room

Clean and easy to find!

We had a great stay. The location is perfect. It’s close to everything and there is a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient. The pool was awesome. It was the warmest hotel pool I’ve ever swam in. Continental breakfast was really good. They have a cold breakfast which includes a yogurt bar with two different yogurt options and lots a different toppings to choose from. They also had toast, bagels, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, juice and more.

Helpful and kind staff. Very comfortable bed and beautiful room. The hotel lobby and mezzanine is stunning.

Experience was fine. Hampton Inns are reliable and do not disappoint. The windows in my room needed cleaning, and the mattress is in need of replacing were the only two items I noticed that needed attention.

The rooms have been newly remodeled and the guy on the desk was great and informative. I'd driven 2000 miles from Lubbock Texas and needed a beer and he was very informative for drinks and food recommendations. And it is walking distance to bars and food. Plus there was a late night Teriyaki food cart with great food.
