Some of the outstanding features include an open floor plan, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Its 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths will allow up to 6 guests to rest comfortably.
If being outdoors is your desire, then the amenities continue with a large front courtyard, built in BBQ island, and above ground hot tub.
There are 2 very nice community pools (one heated) with hot tubs located within the community. Las Sendas has many hiking trails, pickle ball courts, tennis courts, and numerous green parks for everyone to enjoy.
If golfing is on the agenda, there are many courses to choose from, including an award winning 18 hole championship course at the heart of the Las Sendas community.
Within just a few miles, there are beautiful lakes, state parks, hiking trails, the Salt River, and so much more!
