Hotel monto curato con uno stile particolare e giardino interno stupendo. Camere molto grandi con zona relax con divano , frigo , microonde . Per un soggiorno a Phoenix è ideale.

Horrible experience. Dysfunctional and toxic.Posted Aug 27, 2015
Worst hotel experience in over 35 years of global travel. They have no regard for customers who book room through Expedia.

I really enjoyed the open water and the beautiful fish and all inside the building. The breakfast and manager's reception in the evening are wonderful

Great hotel for GCU move-in parents!Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: Free breakfast and roomy suites
Cons: See above
Location: Nice location. Start of upscale area and just off of Camelback Rd which is the main drag to wherever you need to go.
I arrived earlier than the move in time but the staff took care of me right away. Good thing because I didn't want to kill time in 114 degree weather! The suite was very roomy and clean. The free breakfast was better than what I can make at home and I'm an excellent cook. Beds were comfortable and the usual amenities that you would expect were included. Very quiet and that was a huge plus. Two complaints. One, no phone book, everything is online. I like a phone book because of addressees and residential phone numbers. Sometimes it's a hassle to figure out things online and sometimes you have to pay to get phone numbers. Secondly, need for some updating in the bathroom around the molding area. Pretty gross with missing tiles and calking.

Not as good as last timePosted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: For the most part, a nice lobby and hotel overall.
Cons: Some updates.
Location: Location is great.
I stayed at embassy twice int the last two months. The first stay was great, in June I believe. This recent stay, I had my dad come up to Phoenix with me. The staff was great, as always. Very kind, very helpful. My dad noticed the carpet on floor 3, which I wasn't on before, had older carpet. The room smelled like an old smoking room. The biggest things, however, was the shower head. After already being in the shower, there was a red liquid as it looked on the shower head, inside the cracks and some of the holes. Could have been shampoo or body wash from the last guest, bust somewhat thinner, a consistency in-common, as a I noticed after wiping it off, with blood. Pretty alarming. The staff was apologized and see they would get on it. If this were my first stay, I would probably not think of coming back.

old and tired; the hotel, not me.Posted Aug 4, 2015
Pros: wake up call
toilet was plugged, old bathroom no "suite" amenities, such as plate fork knife spoon stinky old carpeting throughout coffee was terrible the breakfast? once was enough hefty extra charges for 1 bottled water= $4, wireless internet, self parking and $$$ use of telephone with annoying buzz on the line. they advertise room Ethernet but it does not exist. I will not be back

Very central and convenient locationPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Size of rooms, the interior atrium, the restaurant food and overall service of staff, especially the steakhouse manager.
Cons: Housekeeping services, bathroom cleanliness, there should be a bathroom closer to the lobby area, staff should check back if requests have been met.
Location: Close to highways, shopping, movies, good restaurants and airport.
Very centrally located and well maintained exterior and interior spaces, especially the indoor atrium and beautiful koi pond. Most of the hotel staff, including maintenance was very helpful. The steakhouse has excellent food and an equally attentive and considerate manager. The rooms, though of good size and amenities, could do with an update of carpets and curtains. Housekeeping is the only drawback and quite whimsical. Of the 5 nights we spent there, they did not replenish coffee packets on a couple of days, did not replenish coffee cups several days, did not replenish face towels a few days, did not replenish soap, shampoo, lotions on many days, (good that I had my own), the toilet itself was not spotless in spite of my requesting this to the front desk employee who covered the night shift during our stay 6/27/15 to 7/2/15. The Manager's reception could have had better snacks - we have stayed at other Hilton properties where the snacks provided at these receptions were good enough to cover the evening meal. Other than these, I would give the hotel a 4.75 rating out of 5.
