We have never ever had such a horrible experience like we did at this hotel. There was literally a missing chunk of flooring in the middle of the room, hair all over our sheets, AC broken, the privacy curtain broken. Our bathroom was coated in black grime, finger prints all over the furniture, brown and yellow stains throughout the walls. We booked two nights and asked to be either moved to another room or cancel the next day but the manager was extremely rude and didn’t care at all. We ended up booking another hotel the next day due to the horrible conditions and it’s unfortunate that they couldn’t even offer any accommodation. The photos are deceiving, It was very disappointing! A horrible way to start our short vacation here in phoenix. Long story short- avoid this hotel at all costs!

I REQUESTED A HANDICAP ROOM AS IM DISABLED AND I EVEN CALLED HOTEL DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE I GOT A HANDICAP ROOM OR AT LEAST DOWNSTAIRS AS IM DISABLED WHEN I GOT THERE TO CHECK IN I FOUND OUT I WAS UPSTAIRS AND NO ELEVATOR EITHER. THE LADY AT LEAST CARRIED MY STUFF UPSTAIRS FOR ME MY SUITCASE WAS HEAVY AS I HAVE A HIP REPLACEMENT AND A KNEE WHICH ITS VERY DIFFICULT TO GO UP OR DOWN STAIRS. I CALLED THE OFFICE NEXT MORNING IT WAS EARLY BUT I ASKED IF SOMEONE COULD PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY SUITCASE AND STUFF GOING DOWN STAIRS AND WAS RUDELY TOLD NO I HAD TO VERY SLOWLY DRAG MY SUITCASE DOWN THOSE STAIRS 11 STEPS TO BE EXACT UPSTAIRS THE CONCRETE HAS CHUNCKS MISSING AND I EASILY TRIPPED 1 LADY ACTUALLY FELL ONTO HER KNEES TRYING TO GO UP THE STAIRS AS THEY ARE MESSED UP AS WELL. I WILL NEVER STAY AT ONE OF THESE HOTELS AGAIN. FOR THE PRICE I PAID WAS WAY HIGH FOR A CRAPPY PLACE LIKE THIS. DIRTY AND ALL. AND THE BED WAS HORRIBLE I COULD FEEL ALL THE SPRINGS INSIDE THE MATTRESS STICKING THROUGH I BARLEY SLEPT AT ALL. IT WAS 5HE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE

This property is run down. There are shady people in the parking lot. The bathtub was stained, walls filthy. The nicest thing about this property is the rock wall you see in the picture that says extended stay.

Rooms were nasty and so was the property. Dog feces everywhere. Tracked up the stairs where people had stepped in it! Gross! Bullet holes in the walls and something smeared down 3 of the 4 walls in the room. Not sure what it was but it was nasty.

Only ONE staff was nice & she is the manager that checked us in. ROOMS WAS SO HORRIBLE! First room was so RUN DOWN & second room was just as BAD! NEVER again will I stay or recommend this hotel! It’s more a APARTMENT bcuz people live there & they hangout in parking lot & dog crap in rocks that the smell goes into room & I had to use a towel to plug up bottom of door but smell still came into out room. Only good thing in this place is it’s close to FREEWAY that’s it.

How can I give it zero stars? This was absolutely the worst most disgusting room I've ever seen in my life. I've lived in the ghetto in New York in the '90s and this was worse than that. I would never even allow my worst enemy to stay here. The room was absolutely deplorable, and had mold in the bathroom. And the staff was equally as bad.

Staff was nice. Room could use a LOT of maintenance and upkeep. Tape covering breaks in the flooring, curtain hanging crooked, missing a hook to properly close. Parking lot and area in front of the rooms was littered with cigarette butts. Did not see any containers for people to use for disposal, but that speaks for the smokers too

The front desk host was very nice and let us check out the room before we officially checked in. However, the room was not sustainable to stay in. It smelled of cigarette smoke and there was black mold accompanied by stains on the floors, walls, and bathroom. We quickly decided to not stay here and let the front desk know. She said that was fine and to contact Expedia since the stay was booked through them. After contacting Expedia and explaining this they blamed the hotel saying the hotel had to cancel the reservation first before we could receive our refund and that they couldn’t do anything. The hotel explained since the booking was through Expedia that Expedia needed to first cancel the reservation and there was nothing she could do on her end, even showing us on the computer. Expedia continued to say the hotel just wasn’t approving the refund as we stood in the hotel lobby with the attendant saying the opposite. She was understanding and helpful. Expedia was not. I was told from Expedia we basically had no options even though we never checked into the hotel and there was nothing they could do. This experience was aggravating and nothing sort of stressful. Why would I continue to book through Expedia when I could of just dealt with the hotel directly and completely avoided this? We even purchased the protection plan.
